Bread Box Makeover

I found this bread box at a local thrift sale.  It was in really good condition and just needed a good washing before I started its make over.

These are the products I used.  Two shades of chalk paint for main body and gray for the stencil and clear wax.  A stencil and a pretty crystal knob.

I painted the main body of the bread box aqua and the interior and door white.

I used the Parisian Gray for the stencil.

Then drilled a hole in the center bottom edge to add a crystal knob.  I covered the outside with clear wax and buffed to a low sheen.

That's it all done and ready for its debut in the kitchen.
